When trying to recharge I used a new cvs that card I bought a cvs - I got an error that said "We only accept cvs cards purchased at a cvs phamcacy store (online of 3rd party cards not accepted)" I did purchase the cvs card at a cvs store


I submitted a ticket where I tried to recharge and their response was:

Honestly, I'm not familiar with CVS. Can you please provide a screenshot of this error message?

Here is the screenshot.

I removed the Pin Number from the screenshot so no one else can use the card.

My guess is that the CVS store gift cards have new numbers.

The ones that purchased previosly all started with 6101 9063 .... and all worked perfectly - this one starts with 6101 9036 ....

Thank you for the screenshot, will pass it on to the devs. Out of curiosity, have you tried using the card on other purchases outside GTA? I'm just wondering if the issue only occurs when you tried to use it on GTA. If there is no quick resolution, you might want to try other method for the time being. I mean, I assume that you want to recharge because of on-going tycoon. Anyway, I will let you know when I hear back from them about this.

I'm sorry, they didn't get back to me on this matter. If this is still an issue, I will ask them again once the holiday is over.
