Oh my goodness! We are playing against The Slavs Blood aka tSB said Lux as she opened the Alliance Conquest tab. We have long history in the events, she was thinking. Two alliances with similar total power and very strong individual players. They beat us in Siege of Winterfell and showed no mercy even after 80 000 points but then in Glorious Battle we played alongside each other and managed to get 1st place. So does that makes us friends or enemies? Definitely more friends since both alliances have mutual respect for each other and it’s never dull moment when SFu meets tSB. Wow this is definitely most anticipated match for not only Lux but whole SFu as the preparations have started the moment we knew who the opponent was. This time there was no place or time for the mistakes. Plus tSB always show up in great numbers so everyone from SFu was invited to join. As per usual, Lux was thinking what formation to use this time… Having Salma on only two stars still makes her female synergy formation incomplete so she opted for full bow setup with both male and female bow commanders.

Time for the match was slowly approaching, and the excitement was at its peak. Lux was reminiscing on two previous events encountering tSB. Astro… yes Astro.. Lux was thinking! He was clearing enemies in Glorious Battle and for sure he would be present tonight to fight for his tSB teammates. Can we really pass through Astro? Or other super strong tSB players she was thinking. Soon she was reassured that team work can make anything happen. Despite the enemy, the goal of SFu was to get the victory tonight and get closed to top 20 alliance list in Alliance Conquest and eventually get the nice awards.

The clock has shown only 30 minutes before the match starts and within first 10 minutes many SFu players joined even outnumbering tSB but there was still plenty of time. Lux put her war gear on, her war talents and the castle skins. Okay, let’s go.. just stay focused she said to herself as she entered the match 5 minutes before official start. Of course, immediately she looked at the enemy side of the map. Already so many enemy players but she was just interested in finding one.. Oh he’s right there said Lux to the alliance chat as she spotted Astro somewhere in between.

It's game time! Both alliances started very strong but tSB were faster capturing all 4 initial buildings including The Temple of Mother and The Tower of the Warrior. Oh wow, Lux was thinking.. here they go, just like in Siege of Winterfell. But SFu offense team didn’t give up just like that, the rallies started going smoothly, getting back 2 buildings. The highest pressure was on the Mother however tSB stood strong there with fast switches and reinforcements that survived more than 10 SFu rallies. Astro was holding the tower of Warrior which automatically blocked him from taking more buildings or even making the rallies.

Few minutes later Castely Rock opened and SFu was much faster in taking it. Lux sent the spear troops fast just like the rest and very quickly Castely Rock defenses were ready for what is coming. tSB forces launched over 15 rallies one by one on the Castely Rock yet the SFu managed to survive them all. Wow not bad, not bad at all the alliance leadership was saying. Now since tSB were very focused on getting Castely Rock, SFu organized rallies on other buildings and managed to capture both ports. Since ports are so important as well, SFu sent great reinforcements into the two. tSB were still attacking Castely Rock and eventually won! But at what cost… Losing many troops and heals on Castely Rock they didn’t have enough to save both The Mother and The Warrior. The war was blazing and the bubbles were still on. The map was changing colors every single minute, from red to blue to mixed. Two long term friend alliances were both fighting the best possible way for this victory. What made this match even more interesting is that both alliances had equal number of participants.

The bubbles have dropped and it was time for the individual attacks. Oh no! Cavs and spear troops shouldn’t be here, they make me weak..Lux was thinking! The only solution was to send the troops and reinforce her teammates. So she sent all her spear armies to Borke and her cav armies to Beha.

Now she was pure bow castle with approximately 1,7M t4 bows inside. The players from both alliances were already attacking each other with no mercy. Strong players were attacking each other and Lux knew that the bows are better in the defense so she was waiting to be attacked. Within 5 minutes the enemy launched T5 troops hitting Lux but not as badly as she thought it would be.. She did lose but enemy lost so many troops too. She 2nd hit followed and again the same. Alright let’s go Lux was thinking until she was finally hit by T5 enemy bow player. Fair enough she was thinking but still bringing her some of the personal points and making her place in Top 50 on elimination list.

In the meantime the fights were raging and the point gap was still quite low. Now it was quite clear that the both sides are waiting and preparing for the mines as that would secure the victory. Both sides healed and hid the troops from the individual attacks. The time was going so fast but to Lux it seemed like the time has stopped. At that very moment, SFu still and more buildings but we knew it could change at any moment. I mean after all it’s THE tSB. When two alliances like this are playing against each other the ending is always uncertain. Can we really pull it off this time? Even despite a powerful enemy?

However the time did not stop and the mines have opened! Two infantry players from SFu got both mines and we all rushed with the reinforcements. The mine closer to the tSB side of map even got the protection bubble but tSB managed to get their mine even with solo attacks. However the point gap now was already around 20 000 and with 10 minutes until the end it was clear that this time SFu managed to win, even over tSB. Despite the mines being taken, both sides continued attacks on both sides, trying to get as many elimination points as possible. Lux has launched few individual attacks but this time the enemy castles were empty. On the other hand, Astro was at full battle mode, erasing troops from multiple SFu players, justifying the opinions of the others that he is very strong, smart and powerful player.

The end has come and the final score was 87000 points for SFu and 65000 for tSB. What a match! What a fight! From Lux point of view, this was the most intense and exciting match she has ever played in the Alliance Conquest. Nevertheless, both sides congratulated each other and wished each other all the best in the future matches and the events.

Lux personally wrote Astro a letter, admiring his knowledge of the game and his swift gameplays as she was left thinking if SFU could meet tSB yet again during the same Alliance Conquest season. It wouldn’t be the first time playing against the same opponent in the same season. Either way, this season has been the best season she has ever experienced since she has started the game and she was looking forward to every next match.

With two victories, SFU is off to a great start this season but how long can we keep winning?

Stay tuned for the round 3 of SFU AC journey as the things keep getting more and more exciting with every match…

Until we meet again,
