I want to delete my account

I want to delete my account but I can't. I want to contact customer service, but I think I can only talk to the bot. And customer service is not working and the app seems to have been forgotten. I made a request to delete the account 7 times in total and received either irrelevant responses or no response at all. If you or someone you know has done something, can you tell me how you did it? Thanks for the help already
