Android Free gift app.

Good day. Can anybody advise me on the android app. The one with the tasks and free gifts and little games . Because I recently installed it. But it keeps crashing and I can't play the in app games. I can't find any updates for the app. And the customer service email does not work. I'm am so frustrated 😠
