EVENT THAT WON'T LOAD???

Hi, I just logged on and there's an event on the left side of my page marked NEW, but it won't load when it's opened. What event is this supposed to be? It has a wheel to spin on 1 side and a board to roll dice and move around on the other. Again, it won't load, so no clue what it is or how to play it.
