Can not collect Divine war Point rewards

Hi Loa team,

Looks like Divine War rewards are bugged for me. We should collect until 15/12/24 23:59 I never had that problem like today...

Today I collected Rank rewards but I can not collect Point rewards, they are even not unlocked may be bugged... but you can check my score from the ranks I got 2nd place and the rewards should be unlocked...

Please give me the rewards somehow, now is tycoon i will lose tycoon points but i need these resources.
