Guardian Angel support distribution description?

I have a question about the actual distribution of the "boosts" that Guardian Angels provide. First of all, I presume that the main angel for the Party distributes the stats to each position as stated by the stat display. In the case of the Guardian Angels, is the distribution of those stats cumulative or positional to where the hero is that it is assigned to?

There has been several advisories from other players over the years about this, however, I'm still not sure about the validity of them. So would someone please define how the stats are applied to the hero that it is associated with?
