Single Server Tycoon Issue

Dear Mod,

I never had an issue when I swapped Angel for a hero. But this time, I think I ran into a problem, and it might be too late to report, but I still want to do so.

In October, I won first place in Tycoon and swapped the Angel for a Demon Slayer hero icon. Today when I trained the Soul Reaper hero and tried to evolve it, I could not do so. When I checked my inventory, I realized that I did not have the Demon Slayer icon nor the Angel icon I won. Can anything be done?
