On Sep 19th, when I tried to enter Nether Wars I simply couldn't do it, because I was stuck in an infinite loop that could last up to 20 minutes. The actions I took to try to solve the problem were the following:

1. I tried to solve the problem in Control Panel, using the "One-click Fix" option of the GTarcade Program (a useless tool)

2. I deleted the Cache

3. I uninstalled the application and reinstalled it; after this step the white Adobe Flash Player screen appeared and the game did not start, so I restored my operating system to the last working restore point. At this point the game started again but there is no way to enter Nether Wars (the same infinite loop).


Since the problem persisted, on the same day Sep 19th, I submitted a Ticket to Support (#8865407 - CAN'T ENTER NETHER WARS), with the screenshot showing that 13.49 minutes had been accumulated while waiting. After a series of generic messages showing that the problem was never addressed, today, September 25th, the Ticket is ARCHIVED, without the slightest explanation and requesting that screenshots be added to demonstrate the problem (what other screenshot is more representative than the one added?).

The reason for this post is to raise awareness among users of this game, so that they do not waste time trying to contact a useless and incompetent Support service that should change the generic message text from: "We aim to answer you within 2 business days" to "We will never try to solve your problem, so please do not bother us."💩
