Fortune Bag items not received.

Is anyone else having problems with not receiving the items from fortune bag? I have 12,090 points, which was 3 lots of open x10 and 1 single open in Fairy Fortune Bag. It shows in Inventory that I have 2 full pages of items and 4 items on the 3rd page, with 9 items per page and 31 "opens" I've missed out on 9 items. My inventory shows I received skull boy summoning rock, but when I opened fairy there is no summoning rock. Who do I have to contact to sort this out? Mr Magoo, Gilgamesh 1380 (ua295) TIA
