TYCOON MYSTIC EXCHANGE ISSUE

Good day.

Please help. This is the third time I've encountered this issue in mystic exchange wherein the swap thing for 2nd-3rd tycoon finishers are not working.

I would like to exchange/swap the Europa's icon that I've got with Lumia crest to be sent to my in-game mail.
