World Boss, Guild Boss, Time Zone Arena, and X-server Arena

Is it just me or has anyone else been dealing with the WB and GB not wanting to follow through with an attack?

The Simple battle box will open but nothing will happen, no matter how long I wait, and I will wait a good while just on the off chance there is lag, but nothing is happening.

I don't know if it's a bug or what, as I never ran into a problem where I couldn't attack either boss o.o

Also cannot attack in the Time Zone Arena, nor X-server Arena. Doesn't matter who I click on and wait, the simple battle pop up box doesn't open and just instead gives me a message of 'inputs are too frequent'.
