Is this a bug, or is it normal? (Lord of Light's Blessing has an offset of 2 days behind since the beginning)

I posted this on reddit a few hours ago, but got no reply. Now the countdown is way down.

I can't take the stuff from the last 2 days. It's been happening since the beginning; I wasn't able to reclaim day 5's returns until yesterday -right when the event announced day 7's resources, yet on clicking anything after day 5's that's what happens-, and day 6's returns were only truly available today -when the event announced day 8's resources, but again, on clicking those it displays that message-.

If the countdown reaches zero tonight, how am I going to claim days 7 and 8?
