Game Mechanic : Void Realm

Hi everyone, i’m PO PandaMoratia. In today’s article we will talk about the mechanic behind the Tower of Knowledge (later ToK) skill Void Realm.

Void Realm is a Premium skill currently available in the Blessing of Triss Event and unlockable at ToK level 42.

Concept : 

For the first 18 seconds of the battle you have a 90% chance that you will deal 90% less damage but will receive 75% less damage.

Best use on ?

This is mainly a skill designed for Immortals that doesn’t deal damage in the first 18 seconds of the fight (or not at all). This includes most of the healer, support, some defense immortal and obviously Manco.

Good combinaison : 

If Manco is using this skill then you can probably use Demonic Contract in addition to it since you won’t be dealing any damage in the first 18 seconds of the battle anyway. You can use the extra safety in early game to set up a Battle Stance user as well. This is also a very good skill to use for BodyGuard using Assist or Guard skill to protect the carries.

Conclusion : 

This skill can secure an immortal for the early game, almost guaranteeing that he will go unscared to the mid game. This is a perfect tool for engines that rely on getting the rotation ongoing to get the victory like Cyrus and his stun mechanic as an example. This is also a very good skill for Manco that allows him to enter his damage dealing phase at almost full life.
