comrad rally not working

On facebook, you said that friends can be recalled for the Comrads rallies.

Unfortunately, and one more time with your game, it isn't the case.

Only one comrad was in my list of possible recalling, one player who was previously in my alliance (so not a friend, but a player being previously in my alliance).

So, why Chineese dev teams make so crappy working ?

It's really boring to see such poor productions.
