Says nothing about items they show you never get

I have noticed the Weirwood tree if I do it automatically 80% of the time gifts it shows me achieving I NEVER GET.

I wrote a letter to support for help no reply. I take it the answer is shut up we can rob you just spend real money if you want it that bad.

Typical in my observation of online games. They love your money not their issues.
