castel Upgrade

Attempt no.3.

I bought stones for castle upgrade in the middle of February.
I upgraded the castle in the picture twice. Beacon of Light. I didn't get the stars at the castle. I did everything I can, cleaned browser catch, restarted i used the self repair tool as written to me. Nothing happened. I paid real money for the stones and didn't get them for free. 

 Please check and either give the castle 2 stars or give me the stones back so I can try again to upgrade to two stars.

I'll keep writing tickets until I get my due. I invested a lot of money in this game.
