Who Is Medb? An Immortal for Early Stages

INTRODUCTION

Congratulations you've downloaded Infinity Kingdom, working your way through the early stages of building your territory. Now the adventure of building your march happens, once you get to build the Hall of Immortals. All new Lords or Ladies will start with immortals from the Water Element, which will form the basis of your 1st march. Let's introduce Lancelot, he is the first immortal you'll have to do raiding parties on those marauding gnomes of Norheim.

You will get 1 daily free summons, and philosophy stones are either purchased or gained through events, for example, Contention of Lords(CoL) or Illusion Battlefield, to name a few.

The odds of gaining Epic immortals increase when you do a 10x summons for immortals. It is advisable to save your precious philosophy stones, to maximise your chances of gaining those Epic Immortal, who will form the backbone of your main march. But Hall of Immortals doesn't give those heroic immortal fragments easily, so you work with Immortals you have until such times you can replace them. In the early stages of the game it is about understanding the synergy of Immortals within a march being built, to help my Lords and Ladies focus and plan accordingly.

EARLY STAGE MARCH

Great you've saved your philosophy stones, hopefully, the might of the Grand Alchemists has shown favour and you've summoned a heroic spirit. You might be lucky enough to get Medb, who is a Shadow immortal, who stands above the Elemental-type immortals. An immortal whose category is Shadow has the ability or potential to kill all types of Elements. That's some CV this category of Immortals have, and certainly worthy of being included in an Early stage March.

Who is Medb

This is an Elite immortal, a rarity, not in the league of Epic or even Legendary to be sure. But that doesn't mean this immortal doesn't have value. When you are early stages of the game then this will be useful immortal to have…

1. Medb is a mage

2. Deals 250% direct magical dmg

3. 100% continuous dmg every 3sec for 12secs

4. Her Regain Speed is moderate, not high but still fairly useable

5. Is a versatile immortal, works well in Earth, Water and Lightning

6. A F2P immortal, her shards are available in the market once summoned, either as Immortal fragments or gems.

7. Her chances to Proc increase once maxed stars open the passsive skill slots. 2 examples of Tower of Knowledge skills at lvl34, are Rage Blessing & Concentration.

8. Chase ToK skill has good value since will work with Medb Ultimate Skill Continuous dmg

9. The ability to kill 3 random Enemy Units is effective

10. Is effective for either hitting those Gnomes or slaying Lords and Ladies during Kill events.

SUMMARY

As you advance through various stages of the game, it is natural that you will come across different characters and creatures, each with their unique strengths and weaknesses. Medb is one such character that you may encounter in the Infinity Kingdom. Although Medb may seem like an immortal that you can rely on and develop, it is important to note that she may not be the best option for you in the later stages of the game. Despite her effectiveness in your main march, it is doubtful that many Lords and Ladies will choose to stick with and max out Medb in the later stages of Infinity Kingdom. I would go as far as to say she will provide many fond memories for end-stage Infinity Kingdomers, for she does earn her spot in the lineup.

When you examine Medb's battle report, she does show how her ultimate skill when maxed, will kill those Gnomes, Gnome Bosses, and even Titantular effectively. But, Madb ultimate skill(Ult S) needs to be supported using the ToK skills to help her Ult.s work to its full potential.

She is an immortal to be used like a stocking filler, while you work on your late-stage main marches. She will also work well should you build an alternative character (Alt), which is generally used for increasing your Honor to improve one's rankings, or mostly for RSS to help build your main.

Even at the Early stages of the game, one still needs to build, and devote time and RSS to building the right immortal for the march you have. If you smmmons Medb, then it may well pay off to have her in your March, even though it maybe for a short stay. Well worth checking her out, to see it she stacks up and will work within your stable of immortals.
