Throne of Supreme Grand Region 7

Hi everyone, i’m PO PandaMoratia. In today’s article we will talk about the Throne of Supreme Event in the Grand Region 7.

More specifically we will have a look at the top 2 marches.

The final [S56][HMB]Bunny versus [S52][VOID]Danger Floof and the third place [S52][VOID]Nith versus [S56][HMB]BagHolder matches both ended with a convincing 5-0. Congrats to all 4 of you for making it that far.

Grand Region Champion : 

Let start with the Grand Region Champion Bunny and her 3 marches.

The first march is a classic Tokugawa Lightning with Kubilai Khan as flex to add more debuff and empower both Genghis Khan and Hamurabi’s damage. We can see the use of a couple of good combos like Stormeye and Fighting Will or Desire of Life with Genghis Khan’s wound ultimate skill.

The second march is Holy/Chaos with Athena, Loki, Manco and Theodora. This is one of the most terrifying marches in the current meta. Everything is built to tank a lot of damage with tons of Defensive skills such as Purification, Vitality Touch, Energy Shield, Spring of Heal, Guard, Void Realm and Fighting Master. The idea is pretty much to wait until Manco finishes his channeling to unleash heavy damage and having Loki keeping in check the opponent team in the meantime (and making them kill themself as bonus).

The Third march that never actually had to come into play during the final, is a full Shadow with Elizabeth. This is mostly a bit of a go hard or go home kind of build where you basically give you a 12 to 15 seconds head start to deal too much damage for your opponent to recover. In full honesty i am not a big fan of this build, i think she has room for improvement there. Cleave should probably be swapped with Energy Suppression that kinda cancels itself with No Escape.

Grand Region Second Position : 

The first march is a very classic Wind/Earth hybrid with Alexander, Hannibal, Zenobia and Qin. It’s interesting to notice that he prefers Combo to Wind Rage and he uses Coercion to counter Bunny’s choice to go mostly with Dodge with her talent (+24%).

The second march is a very classic full Fire Burst with SeongDeok and Wu. Trajan is mostly there as an Enabler and will manipulate energy both ways and increase the damage of 2 teammates thanks to Sacrifice. I’m not a big fan of Implosion on Hippolyta. It seems like an odd choice. Full coverage is very strong on her. I don’t really like Death Breath there, i would swap it with Seong’s Weakness. Both Wu and SeongDeok are built for pure burst damage.

The third and last march is a full Holy. There are interesting choices made there, Gilgamesh holding the Support to preserve a healthy Theodora. Deeply banking on her heal to keep everyone alive until Manco finishes his channeling.

Conclusion : 

Very good job to Danger Floof to make it all the way to the final without Loki and/or Athena, that’s a great achievement. Congrats to Bunny for a flawless run. 

I really enjoy Throne of Supreme, it shows some configurations which work that i would never have thought of.
