What’s up, folks? In this article, we’re going to take a look at one of my favorite events when I was starting the game, Rebel Tracks, its rewards, how to maximize them, and why it’s particularly beneficial for early and mid-game players to invest AP potions into this event.

💠Overview

Rebel Tracks is a monthly event that lasts three days and is two-fold. First players must hunt gnomes for a chance to obtain Rebel Sigils. Using Rebel Sigils will then spawn Rebel Camps. The level of the camps is based on the type of Rebel Sigil used. Higher level gnomes will yield higher level sigils. Camps range from level four to level seven. Players and their alliance members can rally the camps for points toward rewards. Only the rally leader will lose troops, but everyone who joins the rally will receive the rewards which makes this the perfect event to do with your friends and teammates. Rebel Sigils accumulated from one month can be saved and used during the next Rebel Tracks event and do not expire.

💠Rewards and Alternatives

Players can earn rewards by participating in rallies to defeat the camps and when they reach point thresholds for killing camps. Killing camps will give rewards ranging from five-minute speedups, resource chests, resources, and most importantly, Soul Crystals. Higher level camps will also grant higher reward quantities. Players can start or join as many rallies as they want, permitted by the amount of AP they are willing to spend. This is one of the only ways to get Soul Crystals aside from dismantling immortal shards.

Reaching point thresholds will give Ultimate Exp. Scrolls, Soul Crystals, and Epic Artifact Potential Selection Chests that you can select to receive either a Sun Crystal or an Empowered Sun Crystal. You can get up to seven selection chests per event. The 1000-point threshold gives the last four chests so if you don’t have AP or sigils to spare, achieving that is sufficient. This is one of the only ways for players to get free Sun Crystals and Empowered Sun Crystals. You can also get them in the Daily Pearl Shop and Theia’s Roulette for a cost.

💠Why You Should Do It

Early and mid-game players will struggle with getting enough Soul Crystals to unlock and level enough skills for three teams. This is the only way to get unlimited Soul Crystals. AP potions can be obtained in various events so trading some potions for more Soul Crystals to beef up your teams can be worth it, especially if you are close to leveling up a crucial skill. In addition, empowering artifacts is an easy way to achieve battle strength and if you aren’t a paying player, you will need six Rebel Tracks events to upgrade one artifact from bronze to silver or silver to gold. Missing even one sets you behind a month. Empowered Sun Crystals are more valuable to get because you can also get regular Sun Crystals from Trifoni of Fate for free, albeit difficult and unreliable. There aren’t any free ways to obtain Empowered Sun Crystals yet.

💠Maximizing Rewards

In the days or week leading up to the event, players can leave the 500 AP from the Daily Missions unclaimed which will then be sent to their mail inbox where they can be claimed when needed. Accumulating the AP will give players who are short on AP more opportunities to participate. Purchasing the daily AP eight times can be worth it too if you value Soul Crystals over gems.

Additionally, if Rebel Tracks happen at the same time as another alliance event such as Malena’s Ambition or Battle of Asteria, convince your alliance members to save their Rebel Sigils until you all gather in the same spot for the event. This way, you can join as many Rebel Sigils as you want and wouldn’t need to spend AP on hunting gnomes to find sigils in the first place. Get your fingers ready because there will be a lot of competition when the rallies begin. Of course, since it’s more beneficial as a team event, you should do your part to provide sigils as well.

💠Summary

Rebel Tracks is one of the best events for early and mid-game players, alongside Infernal Assault. One addresses the lack of Soul Crystals and the other helps players with gold. If you are not a paying player and lack Soul Crystals, you should be trading your AP potions for Soul Crystals. It lasts three days each so you should be able to earn thousands of Soul Crystals even without spending a ton of AP potions.
