Game Gets Laggy every time new stuff comes up..

Is it just me or happens to everyone else? Every time new stuff comes out the game gets laggy or just hangs and have to restart every d*mn time just to continue what i was doing. I often check my internet speed thinking it may be the reason but its fine. I often observe that this happens when new stuff or features are added to the game..
