New User Guide

The new forum (beta version) is now online. With a simpler layout and more user-friendly interface, it’s aimed to make it more convenient for you to communicate with other players and catch up with the latest information. Please read below the instructions.

The following rules don’t exist to restrict your experience, but instead to ensure that everyone who chooses to be a part of game communities has a safe, happy, and friendly experience. These rules are proposed specifically for our Forum to reduce repetitive threads from players, and make it easier to deliver better service to the players. 

And again, please make sure you have already read through the Terms of Service of GTarcade before playing.

Forum Sections:

General Discussion Section

1. No excessive foul or graphic language or attempting to bypass filters. Users who violate this may be banned from forum.

2. Do not post in threads inactive for 2 or more months. 

3. All posts must be specific to the game.

4. Please cooperate with our forum moderators’ work so that any issue could be solved as soon as possible. 

5. Do not post unofficial dates of Events not announced by official GTarcade Staff. 

6. Forum moderators have the rights to lock or delete a thread if it’s necessary.

7. Do post your queries in the body of the thread and not in the title. The title of thread is meant for only titles.

8. Do not use all caps or non-punctuation sentence.

9. Do not make multiple post on the same topic or issues that have also been posted in Support Forum.

10. All threads should be posted in English.

Support Section 

1. Do read our pinned threads at the top section of Support Forum for certain issues.

2. Do not bump your thread more than once in a 24 hour period. 

3. A player shall not make multiple threads for one issue while it is in the process of being solved. 

4. Do not post unrelated posts in the Support Section.

5. Do post your queries in the body of the thread and not in the title. The title of thread is meant for only titles.

6. Please cooperate with our forum moderators’ work so that the issue could be solved as soon as possible.

7. Please provide your In-game name (case sensitive) and server number whenever you make a thread.

8. Do not post in threads inactive for 2 or more months.

11. All threads should be posted in English.

Suggestions Section

1. Please post your suggestions in the Suggestion Forum.

2. Check to see if your Suggestion has already been made, and if so, chime in with your idea. 

3. Make sure your topic is an actual suggestion, and not a rant or support issue. 

4. Clarify if it is a game or forum suggestion, along with user’s platform. 

5. No excessive foul or graphic language or attempting to bypass filters.

6. Do not post in threads inactive for 2 or more months.

7. All threads should be posted in English.

Guides Section (Guides for Newbies & Advanced Guides)

1. You are welcome to share or ask gaming strategy.

2. No excessive foul or graphic language or attempting to bypass filters.

Forum Events Section

1. You are welcome to join in the forum events that will be held regularly to enter a chance for awesome rewards.

2. Please don’t forget to leave your IGN and Kingdom information every time you participate in a forum event.

3. No excessive foul or graphic language or attempting to bypass filters.

Dragons Section

1. You are welcome to share anything related to dragons.

2. No excessive foul or graphic language or attempting to bypass filters.

Battle Reports Section

1. You are welcome to share your battle reports, discuss battles, etc.

2. No excessive foul or graphic language or attempting to bypass filters.

Call out-Recruitment Section

1. Call out for new blood and make friends from all over the world. You are welcome to post your recruitment and applications here.

2. No excessive foul or graphic language or attempting to bypass filters.

Tips 

1. ANY type of Moderators will NEVER ask for your credit card information (except payment ID and game account credentials, such as In Game Name <IGN> and Server).

2. Please DO NOT trust any stranger who asked for that. If you find someone doing this, please contact us and we will take serious action. 

3. Please be aware that refusal to submit required information will result in a loss of compensation and delay in solution. 

4. No abusing is tolerated. 

5. Please DO NOT trusts any unofficial date of Events which is not announced by official GTarcade Staff.

6. Any threads that are posted in the wrong forum section will be moved to the appropriate section by our moderators.

Important Reminder

1. Please DO NOT submit your response in the floor reply (quick reply) section as it does not bump the threads to the top.

Moderators won't be able to know that it has been responded if the reply is under floor reply.

2. Please DO NOT send private message to moderators unless you have been told to do so.

Our moderators are not allowed to assist players privately to avoid any unwanted misunderstanding.
