Need help with support ticket

Same issue as my previous topics for support ticket(s) (since October 2022). I provided all the information in the past and now I get a reply for providing these info again. A standard support-reply. I don't need that. I need a fix for my issue. I don't want to go through the whole process to provide account-info, screenshots and video again! Ticket #8730151.
