SOW issue

Our last match we saw suspicious activity.

1: While attacking an enemy he would suddenly regenerate full army health just before he was defeated

2: When and if we beat someone they instantly reappear in the same place

3: A player with only a few t3 would beat our player with full t4 army

is this possible with any type of commander to instantly heal an entire army during a battle?
