what a fucking joke..

this game is crap...im sorry but there it is...it has the potential to be an amazing game but the mass majority of people who play this game are hate mongering racist bullies, which is bad enough but the customer service...is even worse. i pride myself on being a friendly player so imagine my surprise when i receive a 24 hour chat ban...that lasted almost 2 days. When i opened a ticket to ask why? i was very rudely told 'follow the rules or deal with the consequences' almost a month later... months later, i still have no idea why i was chat banned and im wondering why it happened at all when there are whole ass alliances dedicated to being racist.. "polish only alliances' that hate north Americans.. ive been called racial slurs i had to google because i had never heard them before. things like 'katsap' for example, ive been told to kill myself more times then i can count and yet despite all of this... i still play this pay to win, hate mongering cess pool we call a game, but what is the point of having a customer service department if you arent going to serve the customer..

• was chat banned for 24 hours, when i asked why? i was told to follow the rules or deal with the consequences(more then a month later) - cant follow the rules if i dont know what they are. 

• opened a ticket after being unable to relocate my baby account to my home server. reason given? 'you dont have enough tokens to move'  despite never having received the 'novice relocation tokens' that all players get when creating a new account.(this was after waiting more then 2 weeks, so even if i had the novice tokens they would have expired) 

• opened ticket a week ago regarding the fact that the gift codes dont seem to work on my accounts, no idea why.. still waiting on a response

• openned a ticket 2 days ago(right after the update): regarding the fact that every time i open GT arcade? it opens random shit on my pc, went to go check on the status of that ticket this morning? it's gone...not replied to, not closed. just gone like it was never there..

• Registered my alliance for the new 'war of the thrones event'? we selected coalition...we got throne guard...on 3rd chosen time slot... so half my alliance cant even participate cus they're asleep...

i could keep going but ive made my point, the people who run this game care more about money then quality and dont seem to give a fuck at all about the players who line their pockets and their customer service is to put it nicely... a fucking joke.
