Reminder for angel essences

Hi Silver,can you please remind them again for selling angel essences.31 lvl as rewards and we can sell only 25 lvl and lower.In the begining there was two levels difference between rewards and sellable,so now i think we must be able to sell atleast lvl 28 and lower.Thanks in advance.
