why I bought 2 60$ gifts in direct shop and only gave me ONE?

The devs should give everything in the gift back to me, including adv token, handbook gem chests, handbook core chests, rank points and rank 1 prize of deluxe rankings coz I should be rank 1,or give my 5999 g coins back .silvermistr
