Leveling up the heroes doesn't work

I have been trying to level up two of my characters (pink enchantress and dragon knight) via drills and I have used a lot of time skip scrolls and nothing changed. Also, I inherited the attributes of my Golden Saints to pin enchantress. However, as it has hppened to me several times before the element trainin attributes werent transferred:S .Fix them please!!!!
