How to unlock any of this skills please ? as it shown i tried to buy but cannot with enough Mythic stones to get 2 skills at least

About Artifact : how to get shield of discord ? but far from tycoon because i hardly getting certificates to buy anything from tycoon shop

Last part, in which another event can help me to get full Divine Griffin shards immediately without collect just 5 shards each week in x-server

For example Fluorescent Griffin i found it full shards in (The Craft event) and check many times about (Divine Griffin) but could not find in another event (only the x-server shop) so is there any event can help me get - Divine Griffin full shards ?
