Login Bug

A while ago I reinstalled Era of Celestials, and I have a level 116 Zenith account.

When I tried to access it, this appeared.

My progress was deleted, and I hadn't deleted any of my progress. I've tried everything to start over, but really, my data was deleted.

And I had to start from scratch. Then I saw the new hunter class. I absolutely loved this demon hunter. So I played for a while until I recovered my zenith again.

But I was disappointed by the unfairness of deleting account data because someone decided to uninstall the game for some reason, and when they come back their progress is gone. I hope you can fix this. Please, I don't want anyone to lose their progress because of this.
