The Developers have no issues with one of my account's names but a moderator who is also a player does.

If it violates the TOS why has it been accepted in the game since 2020?

Included an old battle report from 2021 just so you know Ass Hole has been around for some time with no issues, So what is your real reason? Did you encounter a couple of my larger P2P accounts? Or maybe I landed on your server with 10 accounts playing war? I have no idea, but it has nothing to do with that name being in violation of the TOS. It would not exist if it was. lol

I am sure i can also find some very old topics on this form with screenshots of that account.
