As a result of Bullies in the game like him others been taking the Player vs Player battles to the mine. Whereas the little ones been dominating in Player vs Players in the crystal mines the developers had to intervene and restrict players attacks to one attack every 5 minutes to appease to the bigger alliances.

A rather sad day that will go down in GOT.'s history as the day the developers intervened to protect the strong from the weak.
