Recharge Error

Yesterday I recharged 2000 Dias for $23.99. Recharge was completed successfully and in game rewards were received. However the monthly card has not activated. See screenshot below. Note that when recharged yesterday the monthly icon showed 0 days left.

Please arrange correction as I am losing 100 dias per day. Screenshots of my recharge history can be provided if necessary. Thankyou.
