Searching Good Server to Jump

For Frost S2. Must atleast near to be in Preparation zone already. One Server that is active have whales. Properly manage alliance . Not a bully in other alliance in there server . Also they rotate well the heart in FZ.

Note: if your 0460 server. Please honestly tell me if your server is good. I saw you have lots territory and neatly clean. Just want to know how you managed your alliance in the server?Many active members? Doing some missions and helping each other.
