Arena not Counting

For some reason, it keeps saying I have 0/10 in the Challenge in the Arena. I spent diamonds to get the credit two days ago, but do not want to do it again. I ran my helper way after midnight, so it should not have clashed with the previous day. I am losing prizes, coins, and also chances to get scores such as perfect 800, which may affect Tycoon, please help.
