Olympia Awakening stones

Can't seem to awaken Olympia. In pic 1, I have circled the 250 stones I have.

Next pic shows what it looks like when I hover over the Icon in the middle

Finally pic 3 is after I click on the Awaken Tab

But that is where it stops. Angel does not awaken and the stones stay at 250. Am I doing it wrong? This is how I have done all my Angel Awakenings. And before it is asked, yes I do have the Angel Olympia.
