Many thousand fairy chests are gone

hi, i have never used those fairy chests, cos i only open them during tycoons, and it havent been a tycoon where fairy gives points or atleast not x2, so i know i have never used those, im supposed to have around 4k-6k of those chests, idk where they went, i havent used them.

I am 100% sure i had alot of those chests, i had 2 different kinds of chests, and fairys i had the most of, and i used the other once last tycoon.

Can u please ask someone to look into it. ;(
