Kaos Core rewards and Iron Angel awakening

Once again I have expended 3x79 = 237 Fortune Bag tokens and received 3 x 400 = 1200 Kaos Core which are useless. Request that the 237 Fortune Bag tokens expended are returned and that Devs remove Kaos Cores from in game rewards.

I have also found that I am unable to awaken Iron Angel. Same problem as before with different angels in one of my earlier posts. See screenshot below. Thankyou for your assistance.
