Dispel from Angel Artifact Not Working. Possibly Mona and Shadow Kitsune setting attack to 0 abilities may not work as well.

In the battle replay posted below, the shield of preservation clearly dispels the debuff from Shadow Kitsune/Mona, but doesn't work for my side. Furthermore, Shadow Sibyl from the enemy team is still dealing high regular damage, not even divine damage, which should be set to 0 to begin with. Something is broken.
