616 armor, gem combo

Originally I inherited 7th anniversary boots. Inherited these to 616. This is when the problem showed up everything inherited all of the numbers for everything inherited correctly but gem combo is gray. So I'm hoping glitch it's really there but not showing. I later acquire a level 7 boots inherited the messed up 616 to the level 7. The missing gem inherited to the level 7. How can I fix this?
