direct shop recharge issue

My Gt arcade account was connected with FB from starting playing . but i m logged in with my email now. i have done bind fb and everything else . but i cannot recharge direct shop as it doesnt show my character to choose for purchase. please help how to fix this. next to my server it shows FB icon , not gt arcade icon.
