I would like to report recurring technical issues affecting both the Infinity Kingdom desktop client and the GTarcade desktop platform.

1. Character Switching Delay:

When attempting to switch between characters on the desktop version, the process takes an unusually long time — typically between 2 to 5 minutes to complete.

This issue occurs consistently and is not an isolated incident. During the switching process, the game remains on the loading screen for an extended period before finally completing the change. This significantly impacts gameplay efficiency, especially when managing multiple characters for daily activities, events, and alliance responsibilities.

2. Repeated Mandatory Updates (200–300 MB Daily):

Additionally, every day when launching the desktop version through GTarcade, I am required to download and install an update of approximately 200 to 300 MB.

However, there are no new patch notes, updates, or visible changes in the game. It appears that the same update is being downloaded repeatedly on a daily basis. This behavior affects startup time and may indicate a launcher or file verification issue within either the Infinity Kingdom client or the GTarcade platform.

Both problems occur consistently and affect overall usability and performance.
