Login Still Not Functional 6 Hours After Update

After a 4 hour maintenance update, the game is still inaccessible on any platform (GT Arcade, Browser, Steam, etc...). So the devs can successfully upload and execute multiple programs for an update in 4 hours, but can't fix a log in issue in 6 hours? And these "bugs" always seem to happen a) during the middle of an event b) right before a KVK where the merit and token reward %'s are increased.

Call me crazy or a conspiracy theorist, but this pattern doesn't seem like a mere mistake, an unforeseen glitch, or coding incompetence. This is why I quit spending money even on the monthly card now and vowed to quit altogether soon after I was ripped off of 5 million diamonds I was in possession of prior to a diamond glitch last month (as were a large majority of other players). Nobody wants to invest in a game where there is very little confidence that they will get to enjoy what they paid for, and then never be properly compensated when everything goes south.
