Package lost

Hello, family!...

Yesterday i buy a few items from Gtarcade store in the total value of 119.69, but i don t get nothing, i hsve done that transactions a lot of times without problems, i try to contact Gtsrcsde for the email support@gtarcade.com, the email ftom the page for help, but the answer that i get is, my email cannot be delivery on that email....weird....

If somebody can help me.....
