The correct Flower Temple Flowers are called Corn Poppy Flowers from the Lost Paradise Temple that Garuda Aiacos (the new one) you placed him on. The flowers you are gifting for doing the Banner Saint Demonstration is not the proper flowers for the correct flower temple.

The Flower Temple where the New Garuda Aiacos was placed is called Lost Paradise and it requires different flowers than the flowers that you placed in his Promotional demonstration menu.
