Problem with logging in specifically black screen and the said maintenance.

Hello Moderator,why are there some servers are completely black screen and some are not. Also, there is no proper announcement when and what time you will do some maintenance.We are expecting some compensations as it hinders our daily quest and events that we await and spend.
