Unfinished sections of Game

I have been playing this Game for over 12 years in which Time 2 sections of this game have not been finished so we the players are being left with unfinished stories ( Main section and Divine Realm). I first posted about the Divine Realm issues 4 Months after the section was released. At that point no one could verify the issue since no one else had reached the issue. I'm asking when these issues are going to be fixed. I had another player on my server ask about the issue with Divine Realm so I know others have reached this point.
