FB Players Recharing forDeals in Direct Shop

I followed the instructions I found here regarding recharging for FB players for deals in the Direct Shop. I changed to Turbo Mode and was able to get to the page that didn't require diamonds to recharge and got me to my character name. BUT when I tried to redeem the $4.99 coupon in the Direct Shop, I got an error message saying to 'contact the merchant' and the trade wouldn't go through. The same message pops up if I try to purchase more dice spins in king's treasure using the $.99 option. Thankfully I was given the option to cancel the transaction so the coupon wasn't lost.

I don't know if this is a glitch, or if it's just something that's happening to me. I was always able to redeem the coupons before, but that was before it changed and now I have to access recharge rather than the coupon showing up in the direct shop under any $4.99 items.

Please check to see if this is a glitch, or if the issue is isolated only to me. Thanks!
