💠Introduction

What’s up, folks? With so many new events and patches, coupled with lots of community chatter, it’s sometimes difficult to keep up. Welcome to my weekly edition of Player’s Digest, where I’ll take a look at some of the recent happenings, summarize them in a digestible way, provide some context and thoughts, and help readers keep up with all things related to Infinity Kingdom.

💠Table of Contents

  • Illusion Battlefield League
  • Legion of Frostborne
  • Alliance Supremacy
  • Summary

💠Illusion Battlefield League

The first week of the Top 16 Duels came and went, knocking eight more teams out of the tournament. Only eight remain, and the winners of this week’s matches will advance to the semifinals. Coincidentally, this weekend is also when the Zone 2 gates of KvK will open, so some alliances may not prioritize IBL. As a result, certain teams might be defeated earlier than expected.

  • AoW beat SSQ and FAM defeated ARC. They will battle at 15:00 UTC.
  • My6A and CUBS defeated NG+ and SV, respectively. Their match will be at 19:00 UTC.
  • BUNS and ZOO defeated AID and LoL, respectively. They will fight each other at 12:00 UTC.
  • Ascendants of Asgard demolished GOD. TNG surprisingly defeated JLA. They will have their match at 12:00 UTC.

💠Legion of Frostborne

The gates to Zone 2 will open this Sunday, and the long-anticipated clashes are finally about to begin. In this season’s bracket, Ember is led by Servers 38, 56, 73, 170, and 209, while Hydro is anchored by Servers 136 and 231. Both factions have quietly secured their neutral Zone 1 territories and are now preparing for the real war ahead. The first battles will erupt in the northeast of Angroboda and the southwest of Vafthruth, where each faction has six gates to contest. Ember boasts the advantage in numbers and coverage across time zones, but Hydro’s concentrated firepower and tighter coordination give them the edge in direct fights. With twelve gates in play, the faction that can split their enemies’ forces and hold ground will take the early lead of this KvK.

💠Alliance Supremacy

Alliance Supremacy is a 10-day cross-server tournament where the top 48 alliances, ranked by power, battle for the championship. The event is divided into four phases: a 1-day waiting period, a 5-day regular season, and 1-day rounds for the Top 16, quarterfinals, semifinals, and finals. Alliances are split into 8 groups of 6, with each alliance playing 3 daily matches in a lane-based format where up to 20 teams can be deployed across three lanes. Winning requires taking at least 2 of 3 lanes, and each team can only fight up to 5 times per match without replenishing soldiers, making strategy and deployment key. The top 2 alliances from each group advance to the knockout rounds, where 16 alliances compete until a champion, runner-up, and third-place alliance are crowned. Rewards are given daily in the regular season, ranked in the elimination rounds, and distributed via mail to all eligible alliance members. The first scheduled run of this event was postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, but it is now officially set to begin this weekend. It’s a good chance for players to earn some rewards that will be helpful for C60.

💠Summary

The Top 16 of the IBL tournament is set, with knockout matches already underway. KvK is heating up as Zone 2 gates open this weekend, where Ember and Hydro will finally clash. Alliance Supremacy, which was postponed earlier, will officially kick off its first run this weekend.
