Dragon

If I didn't raise my dragons element bonus to 10 before I picked the new talents, how do I go back to raise it to 10? Appreciate the feedback back. To answer a easy question when I go to dragon lair pick dragon it shows element skill as there but I can't raise since I got the new skill tree for dragon.
